Return Policy
Returns are only accepted within 14 days after receiving product(s).
All returns must be individually approved by Purdy Clevur Photography.
Customers are responsible for return shipping to Grand Junction, Colorado when necessary.
There is a 20% restocking fee for all approved returns.
Damages and issues
Refunds or reprints will be reviewed individually to be approved due to damage during shipping but does not cover damage caused by purchaser.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges and Refunds
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Be sure that your return has been fully approved before placing a new order.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at Chris@purdyclevur.com.
Client Dissatisfaction
Refunds are generally not provided for "not liking" the photos or materials, as artistic style is subjective. We utilize professional equipment only as far as: camera's, printers, paper, ink and a single dedicated print lab when outsourced. We stand by everything we produce.
No Refunds on Digital Goods
Because digital files cannot be returned, sales are usually final.
Non-Refundable Retainers
The initial payment, often called a "retainer" or "booking fee," is generally non-refundable to compensate for turning down other work, for example location photo shoots, editing services, etc...
Final Notice
All sales and payments are to be considered final and non-refundable at the discretion of Purdy Clevur Photography.
